Delete an account

If you can sign in, use Me → Sign-in & security → Delete my accountin the SFP Online app, or Settings → Account → Account deletion on the website. We send a confirmation link to your email address before anything is deleted.

If you cannot sign in, email dev@safetyfirstprofessionals.online from the account email address with the subject “SFP Online account deletion”. Do not send safety records, identity documents, health information or passwords in the email. We will verify the request before acting on it.

If you still belong to an organisation using SFP Online, ask that organisation's administrator to remove you first. It may have legal duties to retain training, induction, sign-on, incident and audit evidence that names you. Deleting an account removes the account and personal profile data that may be deleted; it does not erase records an organisation must lawfully retain.
